After two years of limbo, the board of directors at the Yakama Nation's casino has been reinstated.
The five-member board was removed in October 2004. The tribal council accused the members of overstepped their authority and operating without a budget.
The board members disputed the charges and said their removal came because they sought an audit of the casino's finances.
