The chairman of the Rumsey Band of Wintun Indians has been appointed the chairman of the casino board of directors.
Marshall McKay replaces Paula Lorenzo-Tackett, who served as chair of the Cache Creek Casino Resort board for 15 years. She will remain on the board in a reduced capacity.
McKay was elected in January after he defeated Lorenzo-Tackett.
