The company that runs the casino owned by the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians is seeking to reassure investors.
The tribe is going through a leadership crisis but the San Pasqual Casino Development Group is "100 percent confident" that it won't affect the Valley View Casino, CEO Joe Navarro said.
The corporation operates independent of the tribe's governing arm, which currently has no recognized leader.
In a related case, the National Indian Gaming Commission ordered the closure of the Meskwaki Tribe's casino due to a leadership dispute.
