Pascua Yaqui Tribe settles poker room lawsuit

The Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona has settled a lawsuit against a non-Indian poker room.

The tribe said the Club Royale in Tucson was interfering with its gaming rights and violating state law. A settlement led to the closure of the room and now the tribe wants the suit voluntarily dismissed.

The state raided the poker room after the tribe reached the settlement.
