A former Sac and Fox Nation gaming employee faces charges in tribal court.
Glen Coleman, 54, is accused of obstructing justice and obstructing governmental function.
Documents reviewed by The Shawnee News-Star say Coleman failed to inform the tribe of illegal activity at one of the tribe's casinos.
Coleman was charged on February 6 and resigned as manager of three tribal casinos the next day.
His son, who also worked for the tribe, resigned his position.
