Judge won't reveal Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe casino revenue

A federal magistrate won't let the state of South Dakota know how much the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe makes at its casino.

The state sought the information as part of a lawsuit that was filed by the tribe. The state said it needed to know how much the tribe makes, how the revenue is used and how much goes to tribal members.

The tribe is accusing the state of negotiating in bad faith for a Class III gaming compact.
