Gov. Sam Brownback (R) appointed an attorney with Indian law experience to run the Kansas State Gaming Agency.
Mark Dodd specialized in Indian law at the University of Kansas Law School. He most recently served as general counsel and attorney for the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.
“I’m excited to join the Brownback administration and to apply my skill set to benefit the four tribes and the people of Kansas,” Dodd said in a press release, The Wichita Business Journal reported.
