Supervisors in Colusa County, California, voted to oppose the Enterprise Rancheria off-reservation casino.

The county says the new casino will hurt the Cachil Dehe Band of Wintun Indians, also known as the Colusa Indian Community. A resolution asks lawmakers to reject the Enterprise Rancheria's Class III gaming compact.

The Cachil Dehe Band is suing the Obama administration in hopes of stopping the new casino.
