A majority of people who participated in an online poll believe the Dry Creek Rancheria of California will pursue a second casino.

The tribe hasn't revealed its plans for the 277-acre site. But nearly 58 percent of respondents in the unscientific poll believe a casino is in the works.

The tribe ran into opposition when it brought up the casino in 2005. An agreement that bars the tribe from pursuing gaming at the site expires in 2016.

A land-into-trust application hasn't been submitted to the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
