The Seminole Tribe has instituted a $10 parking fee at one of its casinos in Florida.

The fee has drawn complaints from customers who were used to parking for free at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa. Some told The Tampa Bay Times they would not be going back and others have been expressing their displeasure on the facility's Facebook page.

"When you run a total monopoly … this is how the casino patrons are treated," George Boyer, who used to drive 40 miles to the casino, told the paper.

The fee kicks in when patrons park for more than 30 minutes in casino lot, the paper reported. It can be waived in certain situations or for certain gamblers.

The tribe does not appear to charge parking fees at its other gaming facilities.
