Reality television star beaten after leaving Tulalip Tribes casino


The Tulalip Tribes own and operate the Quil Ceda Creek Casino in Marysville, Washington. Photo from Facebook Authorities in Washington are investigating a beating that occurred after a cast member of a reality television show left the casino owned by the Tulalip Tribes.

Jake Harris of Deadliest Catch accepted a ride from a couple at the Quil Ceda Creek Casino on Saturday evening before he was beaten and left on the side of a highway, KOMO-TV reported. He remains hospitalized and was in satisfactory condition as of Monday, KIRO-TV reported.

Josh Harris, Jake's brother, is the captain of one of the fishing vessels featured on the Deadliest Catch show. In videos posted on Facebook, he has said his brother was victimized by a couple from Spokane, a few hours' drive from the Seattle area where the Tulalip casino is located.
