Seminole Tribe continues to hire employees for $1.5 billion casino expansion

The Seminole Tribe continues to hire more employees at its recently expanded casino in south Florida.

A two-day job fair is wrapping up at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood on Monday. The tribe recently completed a $1.5 billion expansion of the facility, where the most striking feature is a 638-room hotel in the shape of a 450-foot tall guitar.

“The Guitar Hotel will attract visitors from throughout the nation and around the globe,” Jim Allen, CEO of Seminole Gaming and Chairman of Hard Rock International, said in a press release “They will experience a world-class entertainment, gaming and dining destination.”

The hotel officially opened to the public on October 25.
