The Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut has reduced per capita payments to its members.
For the last three months of 2010, the tribe distributed $4.5 million in gaming revenues to members. That's down from $27.3 million a year earlier. The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, also of Connecticut, has eliminated per capita payments altogether except for assistance to elders. Get the Story:
