Victor Rocha, the proprietor of the Pechanga.net, is helping the National Indian Gaming Association with its upcoming events.

Rocha, a member of the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians, will serve as conference chair for NIGA's upcoming annual and mid-year conferences. He will develop education content for both events.

"Victor Rocha is not only an advocate for the community but a dear friend. He has his finger on the pulse of the industry and will ensure that the Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention continues to lead the way for education in the industry," NIGA Chairman Ernie Stevens Jr. said in a press release.

The annual tradeshow and convention takes place in San Diego, California, from April 13‐17, 2017. The mid-year conference will be held on the Seneca Nation in New York from September 12-14, 2016.

NIGA puts on the events in conjunction with Urban Expositions.
