An Indiana town is being asked to oppose the Ho-Chunk Nation's proposed off-reservation casino in Illinois.
The tribe, based in Wisconsin, is seeking Congressional approval to acquire land in Lynwood, Illinois. Just across the state line, in Dyer, Indiana, residents have organized opposition to the proposal. The tribe has said it may or may not build a casino on the land. Get the Story:
