A suspect in a theft at the casino owned by the Wyandotte Nation was captured after a large manhunt involving tribal, local and and state police in Oklahoma.
Robert Bailey, 32, was wanted for the prior theft of a tip jar at the River Bend Casino and Hotel when he returned to the facility on Friday morning, according to news reports. Casino security spotted him but he fled from police into a wooded area. Law enforcement and agencies from the Wyandotte Nation, the Eastern Shawnee Tribe and the Quapaw Tribe assisted with the search for Bailey on land, in water and from the air, The Miami News-Record reported.
