JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing all casino business. Monitor all activity to ensure policies and procedures are being followed and that all activity is in compliance with the State Gaming Compact. Monitor accounting processes, operational expenses and collections of reports for accuracy

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred. Three to five years gaming management experience and two to five years in retail/conveniencestore experience required. Business management experience preferred. Must be able to handle multiple situations simultaneously.Must have credentials in verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work well with people of all types and personalities.Must be fair and consistent in the administration of policies and procedures. Native American preference given in accordance with P.L. 93-638 and Amendments.
