Human Resources Director
Job Summary

Oversees the operational, administrative and strategic management of the Tribes human resource programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures recruitment and employment; compensation and benefits; automated and manual record-keeping systems; employee training; employee relations; policy formulation and implementation; and performance development and evaluation programs are maintained in accordance with established laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Five (5) years human resources experience. One year in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent computer and communication skills.
  • HR Certification preferred.
  • Must have a valid NM Driver’s License.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.

    Tribal preference and Native American Indian preference shall apply to all positions.
