The Snoqualmie Indian Tribe is seeking experienced candidates for Human Resources Director.
Lead and direct HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organization development, or a related field required; Master’s preferred. 10+ yrs progressively responsible leadership experience in HR required. Current and valid HR certification required.
