Request for Proposals:
The Fort Belknap Indian Community (FBIC) is seeking proposals for development and implementation of policy and procedures, policy manuals, leadership and management mentoring to address high turnover, and assistance in addressing alternate care issues for the Fort Belknap Social Services Department on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation, MT. This project shall be time limited with a beginning and end date. TERO Compliance, System for Award Management ( registration and DUNS number are required.

This RFP does not constitute a contract for services performed or to be performed. Following the selection of the successful consultant, the FBIC and contractor will negotiate a contract including full scope of services. The project scope of work and program documents can be requested via email from Sarah Gone, Tiwahe Family Advocacy Coordinator, at or 406-353-8418.

Proposals will be accepted via email up until C.O.B. December 31, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. (MST). Screening and selections will be made by the Tiwahe Initiative committee.
The FBIC reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals.
