The Native American Fish and Wildlife Society (NAFWS) seeks the services of a qualified Conservation Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO) consultant to develop a comprehensive CLEO training program and curriculum which includes to revise the current Shoot Manual for CLEO shoot competitions held at NAFWS training events. The training program is for tribal conservation law enforcement officers representing tribes in the U.S.
The contract will be made to a responsive and responsible consultant(s) based on the best value and professional capability. The project should be completed within 8 months following contract award or by December 31, 2020.
