An Indian man was charged with four felony counts in Wisconsin in connection with the abduction of his baby son.
Marshall James Fox is accused of beating his wife at their home in Wisconsin and taking their son, Evan, with him. The two have since been located on the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation, where Fox's mother lives.
Law enforcement in Wisconsin have called in federal authorities to bring Fox back to their state to face the felony charges.
