Woman indicted for death of 22-month-old child

A woman from the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming was arrested on Monday for the death of a 22-month-old child.

Lila Kay Goggles, 47, faces a first-degree murder charge. She is accused of killing Tyraine Wanstall, a member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe.

Tyraine died of trauma on November 1. The autopsy ruled the death was homicide.
