The Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa is opening an off-reservation pharmacy in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The tribe operates two pharmacies on tribal land. The one in Minneapolis is the first off-reservation pharmacy in the nation, the tribe's director of human services sad. Mashkiki Waakaaigan, which means medicine house, opened its doors on Monday. Members of any federally recognized tribe can get their prescriptions filed there. Get the Story:
