Kaweah Nation denies scamming immigrants

The Kaweah Indian Nation of Kansas says it is not selling membership to immigrants for thousands of dollars.

The unrecognized group says other people are using its name to sell membership cards. But "High Chief" Manuel Urbina has already admitted to recruiting 10,000 immigrants.

The group is facing federal and state investigations. Texas has already charged two people connected to the group on immigration charges.
