NCAI State of Indian Nations speech on Thursday

National Congress of American Indians President Joe A. Garcia will deliver the 6th annual State of Indian Nations address this Thursday.

The speech is Garcia's third as president of NCAI, the largest inter-tribal organization in the country. It comes three days after President Bush's State of the Union.

The speech takes place at 12:30pm in the First Amendment Lounge of the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. It will be broadcast on NCAI's website.
