Omaha man sentenced for murdering cousin

Charles Parker, a member of the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska, was sentenced to five years for murdering his cousin.

Parker, 27, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter. He admitted he hit Nicholas White Eagle Parker in the head with a tire iron after an argument about alcohol.

The crime took place on August 18, 2007.
