The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe in Minnesota revoked the license of a day care provider on the reservation.
The tribe allowed the New Horizon Academy to operate two day care centers. But after a 3-year-old boy was allegedly sexually assaulted at one of the centers, the tribe reviewed the provider and said employees weren't adequately supervising children.
The victim was allegedly assaulted by an older boy. The tribe has been investigating the incident.
