Father of Winnebago Yankee hospitalized

Harlan Chamberlain, the father of New York Yankees player Joba Chamberlain, has been hospitalized, The Lincoln Journal Star reports.

Joba Chamberlain flew to Nebraska to be with his father, who is in critical condition. No further information ins being released.

Chamberlain is a member of the Winnebago Tribe. He has won rave reviews from players and fans since joining the Yankees last year.
