Voters on the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation ousted four incumbents from the business council.
Longtime chairman Mike Marchand was among those who lost an election on Saturday. He will be replaced by Carleen M. Anderson, the former interim executive director of the tribe.
Vice chairman Douglas J. Seymour also lost his seat. Two other council seats were up for grabs.
