Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe to develop land

The Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe of Nevada plans to develop commercial and retail centers at three sites.

The 36-acre Fox Peak Center in Fallon already has a smoke shop, convenience store and a Quiznos. The tribe plans to add sewer, roads and other infrastructure.

The tribe also owns the 2.6-acre Saiidi-Dahl site in Fallon. The tribe wants to lease and develop infrastructure on this site.

Over in Fernley, the tribe plans to develop the 2.3-acre Nevada Pacific Parkway site with a convenience store, smoke shop and other retail and commercial space.
