White House tied to firings of US Attorneys
The White House failed to provide key documents related to the firings of several U.S. Attorneys, Department of Justice investigators said in a report.

Former White House officials also refused to cooperate, the report said. That prevented investigators from determining why some of the prosecutors were fired.

A new federal prosecutor will continue to investigate but some lawmakers aren't sure the White House will cooperate.
