Colorado man kept remains in closet for 20 years
A Colorado man has handed over the remains of a Native person after keeping them in his closet for 20 years.

Robert Owens said he found the remains near a river. He told the county sheriff about his discovery on Wednesday because he "couldn't sleep at night," KRDO-TV reported.

The county coroner confirmed the remains were of a Native person. Affiliation is being determined.
