Wyoming tribes tighten drunken driving laws
The tribes on the Wind River Reservation have strengthened their traffic laws to crack down on drunken driving.

The Eastern Shoshone Tribe and the Northern Arapaho Tribe lowered the blood-alcohol level for driving to 0.05. The state's limit is 0.08.

The tribes also increased punishments for repeat offenders by increasing fines and adding jail sentences.
