Northern Arapaho Tribe sells beef to Whole Foods
The Northern Arapaho Tribe will sell beef from its ranch on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming to Whole Foods Market.

The tribe expects to supply 2,500 head per year. The organic beef from the Arapaho Ranch will be sold to Whole Foods stores in Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas and Utah.

"It really means a lot, especially in a time of economic downturn," Chairman Harvey Spoonhunter told the Associated Press.

The tribe is working with Panorama Meats to bring its meat to more markets.
