Mississippi Choctaws celebrate 60th annual fair
The Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians kicked off its 60th annual fair on Wednesday.

The tribe has a slew of events planned for the four-day fair. There's a concert every night, ending with Jana Mashonee, a Lumbee singer, on Saturday.

The fair also will see the crowning of the 2009 Choctaw Indian Princess. Fourteen young women are competing for the title this year.

Tonight, the events include the start of the World Series Stickball. The championship game takes place on Saturday.
