Arrest made for deaths of Awa Indians in Colombia
Authorities in Colombia arrested a member of the Awa Tribe in connection with the deaths of 12 tribal members.

Jose Miguel Pai Nastapuas, 32, is believed to be part of a gang that has been threatening and extorting tribal members. He allegedly killed seven adults and five children for refusing to pay him money.

Earlier this year, 27 members of the tribe were killed in skirmishes with a rebel group.
