The Fort Mojave Tribe is taking steps to preserve an old boarding school.
The tribe discovered dirt bike trails, tire marks and litter on and around the old Fort Mojave Boarding School grounds. A road to the site has been blocked and fencing is being erected to prevent further damage.
The school was established in the 1890s. It is located in Needles, California.
