Indian law question pushed for Arizona bar test
The Arizona Supreme Court is considering a petition to add an Indian law question to the state bar exam.

Indian law practitioners say a question is long overdue. Arizona is home to nearly two dozen tribes.

"It's a no-brainer, and it's kind of shocking that the state of Arizona still has not done this when other states already have," Justin Ruggieri, assistant general counsel for the Tohono O'odham Gaming Enterprise, told the Associated Press.

New Mexico, South Dakota and Washington have already added Indian law sections to their bar exams.
