Onondaga teen pleads guilty in arson case
A 16-year-old boy pleaded guilty in connection with arson on the Onondaga Nation in New York.

Jacob Homer admitted that he set two churches on fire last month. One building was completely destroyed.

Charges are pending against a second teen, age 17.
