Remains of 14-year-old girl found on Pala Reservation
The remains of a 14-year-old girl who went missing over a year ago were found on the Pala Reservation in southern California.

Amber Dubois was last seen on February 2009 as she was headed to school. Acting on a tip, police found her body in a rural part of the reservation, about 3.5 miles from the tribe's casino.

The discovery comes less than a week after a registered sex offender was charged with murdering another teen girl who lived in the area. Authorities would not say if the cases are connected.
