The Osage Nation of Oklahoma inaugurated two new leaders on Wednesday. John D. Red Eagle was elected chief last month. Scott N. BigHorse was elected as assistant chief. Red Eagle will decide whether the tribe will appeal a decision over the status of its reservation. The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals said the tribe's reservation was diminished by an act of Congress.
