The Poarch Band of
Creek Indians of Alabama held its first-ever runoff election on Saturday, with both incumbents winning their races.
Secretary David Gehman defeated William Bailey and Treasurer Robby McGhee defeated Amy Bryan. Both will be sworn in later this month.
The runoff took place during the tribe's annual reunion and celebration.
