BIA to look for new president for Haskell Indian Nations University
After more than a year in limbo, Linda Sue Warner is no longer serving as president of Haskell Indian Nations University in Kansas.

Warner, a member of the Comanche Nation of Oklahoma, has been detailed to other positions in the Bureau of Indian Education since September 2009. She's accepted another job within the agency so the tribal college will need a new leader.

“I want to acknowledge and thank Dr. Warner for her contributions to the BIE, and in particular, Haskell Indian Nations University,” Assistant Secretary Echo Hawk said in a letter, The Lawrence Journal-World reported.
