South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley won't be filing charges in connection with Democratic "feeds" on reservations in the state.
Republicans alleged that Democrats were trading food for votes, a violation of state law. But Jackley said there wasn't any evidence to bring charges.
Democrats held rallies on the Pine Ridge
Reservation, the Lower Brule
Sioux Reservation and the Crow Creek Sioux
Reservation to encourage tribal members to vote.
