Indian pastor acquitted of most serious charges for minor abuse
A jury in Oklahoma acquitted an Indian pastor of the most serious charges in a child abuse case.

Marvin James Lowe, 57, of the Arbeka Indian Baptist Church was accused of molesting a girl. But he was cleared of nine counts of lewd molestation of a child and was convicted on six misdemeanor counts of domestic abuse, a lesser crime.

Lowe lost his job as a maintenance man with the Muscogee Nation after the charges came to light.
