First Nations boy, 11, returns home safe following disappearance

An 11-year-old First Nations boy went missing for two days in Saskatchewan and his family doesn't know where he went.

Kasten Rabbitskin failed to return home from school on Friday. His family and police spent the entire weekend looking for him until he showed up on Sunday.

“He just showed up back home on his own,” Sgt. Rhonda Meakin told The Prince Albert Daily Herald.

His uncle believes another uncle took him without telling anyone. "I think that’s what happened, but I am not too sure," Marcel Rabbitskin told Prince Albert Now.
