Rep. Rahall to host tribal leaders roundtable in DC on March 2

Rep. Nick Rahall (D-West Virginia) is hosting a Native American Transportation, Infrastructure and Economic Development Roundtable in Washington, D.C., on March 2.

Rahall is the top Democrat on the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. He wants to hear from tribes about their priorities on economic development, transportation, water resources and other related issues.

The tentative schedule for the event, which will take place in Room 2167 of the Rayburn House Office, follows:
4:00 p.m. – 4:05 p.m. Welcome and introduction by Ranking Member Rahall
4:05 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Congressman Rahall will call on Tribal leaders to present issues
4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Discussion of issues
5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Staff will continue discussion of issues
