Governor of Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribes disputes impeachment

The leader of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes was impeached last but week but she apparently isn't going quietly.

Former governor Janice Boswell won't leave tribal headquarters, according to current Gov. Leslie Harjo. The dispute led to a fight on Thursday night that drew various law enforcement.

“She (Boswell) has failed to follow our constitution, and she does not want to leave her post," Harjo told The Oklahoman.

Harjo was serving as lieutenant governor until Boswell was impeached.
