Witnesses: Senate Indian Affairs Committee hearing on disasters

The Senate Indian Affairs Committee will hold a hearing tomorrow to discuss emergency preparedness in Indian Country.

Tribes in New Mexico, Montana, Oklahoma, Washington, Nebraska and South Dakota have been affected by fires, severe storms, flooding, tornadoes and other disasters in the past few months.

The hearing takes place at 2:15pm in Room 628 of the Senate Dirksen Office Building. The witness list follows, although it appears the second panel of tribal leaders hasn't been finalized.
